Frequently asked questions
How do I remember which side to inject Mounjaro?
Rotate between stomach, thighs and upper arms, alternating left and right each week, and record every site. PepLevel saves the site with each dose and marks the zone to use next.
What if I forgot which day I took my Mounjaro?
Check the evidence first: count what is left, look for a fresh injection mark and check pharmacy dates. If you still cannot be sure, ask your prescriber before injecting. Logging each dose stops it happening again.
How long does tirzepatide stay in your system?
About 5 days for half of a dose to clear, and roughly 25 to 30 days after a final dose for almost all of it. The level curve shows an estimate built from your own logged doses.
How do I work out how many units to draw from a reconstituted vial?
Peptide in the vial divided by water added gives the concentration. Your prescribed dose divided by that concentration gives the volume, and on a U-100 syringe, millilitres times 100 gives units. PepLevel stores each vial's setup and shows the volume for your next planned dose.
Can I track two peptides at once?
Yes. Each medication gets its own schedule, reminders, level curve, supply and site history, so a GLP-1 plus TRT, NAD+ or another compound fits in one app. The free tier covers one medication; Pro removes the limit.
Does it support every-5-days or 5-on-2-off schedules?
Yes. Schedules can be weekly, every N days, daily, set weekdays or on/off cycles, per medication, and reminders follow the pattern you enter.
What should I tell my doctor at my Mounjaro review?
Your dose history, weight trend, side effects and when they happened, and any questions about your next step. The app builds a one-page summary you can share as a PDF.
How does a Mounjaro titration schedule work?
Most plans start at 2.5 mg weekly and step up under your prescriber's guidance. Enter the plan you were given and the app shows the right amount for the current step. It never suggests doses itself.
Does it work with Wegovy, Saxenda, Rybelsus and retatrutide?
Yes. The library covers the GLP-1 brands and generics, daily injections and pills, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and peptides such as retatrutide, BPC-157 and NAD+. You can add a custom compound too.
When should I reorder my Mounjaro pen?
Around the second-to-last dose in the pen, earlier if your pharmacy has had stock delays. PepLevel tracks what is left and reminds you ahead of the day you would run out.
Is my health data private?
Your health data never leaves your device and your own iCloud. There is no account, email or phone number. Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports help us fix bugs and can be switched off in Settings.
